Dwolla -> MtGox - money disappeared

Last week I sent money to my MtGox account with Dwolla. I've done this a few times before with no problems, my most recent transaction was not even a month ago. The payment cleared on Dwolla but there is no money on my MtGox. I made a ticket at the support desk yesterday but I haven't received a response yet. What's going on? Have I been scammed?

Mt.gox will get back to you, don't worry. Their support is great. If you submitted the ticket yesterday keep in mind that they are based in japan.

edit: Scammed? no, but, maybe the money did get to your gox account and you were key-logged. Check your transaction history. Get a google authenticator and attach it to your gox account.

Well that is excellent too. be SURE to attach a google authenticator to your account.

Are you 100% sure that you included the little code that makes the system put the money in your account?

I did that once, neofutur was able to fix it in minutes
