Hi there,
as i am new to this whole thing i wanted to ask you if you know any ISP which offers Domain Name Hosting (Just DNS and Registration) for btc.

As far as i figured out there ist  Kalyhost.com but most people in the forum say they are not good. There have been a few other Hosts but they only offer Domains WAY to expensive (.com for 20USD? No way!) I do not need any  anonymization or stuff like this. I want to be Owner and Admin-C of the domain by myself.
Any suggestions? Thanks a lot Wink
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Don't use kalyhost.

I think micro-tronix is good. I paid about $16 worth of coin for a domain, but I just clicked all the extra stuff, I think the base price was 9-10 USbucks.

Hi FreeMoney,

thank you for answering my question.
They seem ok for 10,99$ (I need the dns management addon for 1$ :-P)
But they do have a little down side, the do offer just a few tlds.
Maybe i give them a try when i have enough coins for a test domain Smiley

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for this tip, seems interesting too, but yesterday when i tried to access the website it told me the ssl certificate was invalid... So don't know if i can trust them...

For the moment i created an micro-tronix Domain Reseller Account (they also offer Bitcoin funding with this).
So when i do get enough btc i will try them out and hopefully will report something here Wink

Thanks Smiley But i know this. I am specially looking for suggestions and experience with these Hosting Providers. When i had used this overview, i would have ended with Kalyhost and as far as i can judge them (i opened a presales support ticket and did not get any response) it would have been a bad decission Smiley

That is the same level of support that has been reported by paying customers...
