BTC-E news and blogs mention withdraw USD to mastercard/visa option, but for the life of me I can not see it
Has it been discontinued? or special criteria apply?
Has anyone used it? what are the fees and time taken?

yes, it once. but sometimes btc-e will hide this option from time to time.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=695082.0, it seem to 5% withdrawal fee (min withdraw $1000) via Visa / MasterCard

if the fee are 5% it is not so expensive...

lamassu ATM have 6% fee...

maybe the problem is the minimum withdrawal..

1K$ is too high
