Here's a little more insight into what ICO funds will be used for.

DEVELOPMENT - We will be recruiting highly skilled developers to further improve DSX, this of course costs money.
ADOPTION & ADS - It costs money to promote something, and this is exactly what a portion of the funds will be used for.
MARKETPLACE - This is already created, however we need a SAFE & SECURE place to host. A VPS would come in handy and may also act as a node.
BUY WALLS - So investors don't lose their precious BTC

Exact % of allocation will be released at a later date.
