I requested a BTC withdraw at 9:50 on Jan 8 (2 days ago). Status became complete the following morning, but no BTC in my wallet.

I have been emailing back and forth with the support staff (or just one person). First they told me it should be fixed in 90 minutes. Then they kept pushing it back saying a few more hours. After frustration I sent them an email:

You guy keep on pushing things back instead of being straight forward. So I feel like I am either being lied to or scammed. If I dont have it within the next 2 hours I will be posting about this problem on the bitcointalk forums and making it public. If there is a withdraw problem it is very unproessional and doesnt look good to still take deposits and seem like you have a full functioning site.

The email response I got back stated:

I am very sorry that we have pushed it back throughout the day. You are not being lied to. Every user who has been affected has been in contact with us as we work to resolve it. We are a new company and this is the first issue we have had and it came out of nowhere earlier today. Please give our guys until the morning to get it working before posting your complaints on the forum. I can assure you they will have it fixed by then.
If it is not fixed within a few hours we will send it manually for you.

They claim I am not the only person effected and that everyone else has been contacted. Then last night they guaranteed me that it would be fixed by this morning and if it wasn't they would manually process my withdraw. It is terrible that they are still pretending to have a full working site when you can't get your money out.

Well now its the morning, still nothing. I sent them another email saying I still don't have my BTC and got a response saying that they need more time.

I would NOT recommend anybody to make deposits to BTCBook.eu until I update this post with a result.

Our two tech guys have given me a hard deadline of 6PM EST to have it fixed
and your withdrawal sent out. Can you please wait until then before
posting? At that point if you want to post, I do not blame you.
