The Donator and VIP BTC donation requirement should be adjusted. 50 BTC at $46.71 would cost $2235.50. When Bitcoin was around $8, that was more of a reasonable requirement.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

What does a person have to do to be labeled a scammer? Do they actually have to scam or is that just what was chosen for the warning system?

Was wondering the exact same thing right about now...

You could hope for another price crash but you wouldn't make many friends if you expressed that hope openly.
