How long does it take GLBSE to send out funds? I did a withdraw hours ago, and still no coins in my wallet.
How do I contact them? There's no "contact us" page on the glbse website.
Thanks

About 1 hour to show the unconfirmed transaction in my wallet. Showing the txID when withdraw will be very useful.

It's possible the hot wallet needs to be topped up.

Follow the instructions here: https://glbse.com/info/support

and you should be able to contact support.

They process transactions every 10 minutes (per Nefario).  If it isn't sent then the hot wallet needs to be topped off.

This happened to me yesterday FWIW...

It has recently taken about 9 hours for me with sort of "bigger" ammount. I personally much prefer this if I'd have to choose between it and potentially exposed hot wallet.

I just withdrew an amount in the region of ~50 BTC and received it in a few mins.

From Nefario I know GLBSE has traditionally had a relatively small hot wallet which needs to be manually topped up for larger transfers or when it dries out. So when noone is here to do it manually, this is to be expected.

If you think about what happened twice to Bitcoinica, you should probably value the security of your coins over this inconvenience.

+1

It was a cunning plan to have the funny man be the money fan of the punning clan.
