 i know i am a new user, but i am looking for a .014 loan willing to pay .028 within 7 days. dont have much collateral, although i am willing to donate the amount to your paypal, or whatever else is possible. thanks!

No one is going to loan you.

Just provide a valid collateral, then I can loan you at 1% interest daily.  Must be digital goods (some exceptions) and/or stable altcoins.

appreciate the offer.. but dont have much digital collateral, and shipping something of $5 or $10 value isnt really logical.

well, i cant ASK for $5  worth of bitcoin. the reason being is i spent all of my allowed on bitcoin already yet, lbc took 8 hours to deposit my coins. therefore im short $5.

This smells scammy. How would a delivery wait of 8 hours affect the amount of coins you received?

Then go back to your seller and ask if you can buy another $5 of BTC because you now don't have enough. If he has good customer service and it was a nice sized transaction, he may even just give the $5 to you for free.
