Next week, my hardware will be paid for.
And then I'm down the long stretch to see how much of the electricity I can recover.

It took me approximately 4 months to ROI as well. I have free electricity so I've been making pure profit since.

Yeah, my electricity is included in my rent. It's almost a deal breaker for me if an apartment doesn't include it. Less and less have been doing so, but you can still find some places that offer it.
