Random people in the streets are asked about Bitcoin.
Interesting to see the reactions.

"Doesn't really exist", should have explained fractional reserve lending to him (would have blown his tiny little mind).

Nice video, and I think it's amazing finding so many people on the streets who even had heard about bitcoin.

lmfao have to agree with that one, people who haven't bothered to understand Bitcoin most likely don't understand their own banking system either.

Yeah, that's what I thought but I bet they just picked the best of the bunch. Surely there were more people who had never heard of it or had but had negative, misinformed opinions about it.

The overall positive is that they know what it is

However peoples general consensus of technology is that it breaks and unfortunately that's tied heavily with Bitcoin (to the uneducated user).

I would really like to know what % of people knew about it, because this clip just shows people who knew about it, obviously the people who didn't knew about it are not a part of clip but that understood , but even 20% of the people that are asked knew about it than we are heading in right direction.

I resent the implication that being involved in bitcoin makes me an irregular person. That's like saying only average IQ people are "regular", fuck that. I'm the normal one, it's the clueless plebeian masses that are borderline-retarded slaves!

The only solution is to burn them all. Yes, burn all the fiat using heathens, it's the will of god (satoshi)!

Remember Aaron Swartz, a 26 year old computer scientist who died defending the free flow of information.

I liked that old dude the most. He has some basic understanding, but later he says, he is just to old to look further into it.
But he is right about manipulation. Everything on free markets is manipulated these days.

But he is right about manipulation. Everything on free markets is manipulated these days.

The price was manipulated with fake trades on exchanges, but that's largely irrelevant as most things can be manipluated. The banks manipulate currencies and traders manipulate stocks and shares.

If they can manipulate it , why not just rise  the price and sell their coins ? Shocked don't really get it

1. because they make more money with volatility.
2. There are limits how much they can manipulate it. They can not just make 1 BTC=1 Million USD in one day.
