So, basically, I've been trying to find a buyer for a nice dude who goes by the name of caesarea for a little over a month now. He's been trying to sell a wonderful villa located in Caesarea, Israel.

You can check out the awesome property here:

http://villacaeasarea.wix.com/villa-in-caesarea#

https://www.bitpremier.com/5-real-estate/178-beautiful-7br-luxury-villa-caesarea-israel

Credits to the seller himself.

His thread is here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=824491.0

But, the thing is, there are very few people out there who are:
a) Able to splurge 3M $ in bitcoin
b) Willing to spend the amount looking as to Bitcoin's drop in value lately
c) Either Jewish or frequent vacationists

So I've decided to start the thread to test out the waters. Please be honest in the polls. Feel free to voice out you're opinions. Thank you.  Smiley

EDIT: For those who have voted in the poll, please PM me along with your choices. Thank you.

I saw the bounty for this.

I was going to try, but Israel is really a fucked up country :/

I mean no offence to Israelis.

This is really not how group buys usually work. A group buy is generally when one person looks funds in order to buy a large number of a product (on this forum it would almost be miners) the person facilitating the group buy would receive the large number of miners and then reship them to individual buyers. This results in everyone being able to receive a volume discount.

What you appear to be done is closer to a timeshare

So far 7 are willing to pay 10,000-50,000 in the time-share. That's around 10% of the whole villa's value. Will continue the poll, as to those who voted, please contact me through PM. Thank you. Smiley

very good question. let me try to answer it.

they will have a nice and very special (neighbors) vacation villa. they still can resell it in a few years with a nice win. Israel is a small country and living space will always be limited.
and now the additional effect is that the buyer(s) and me will make Bitcoin history and Israel TV is just waiting to accompany the sale. sure that Bicoinexp will get finders fee and will make with us history  Smiley

Time-share. Value per payment style. Right now i'm looking for real buyers before i bring them forward to the seller. After that, we can see about the date/time schedule, maintenance, upkeep..
After i get enough buyers, then that will happen. The villa has potential really, think of a holiday villa revolving around a group of bitcoin enthuthiasts. Ownership at a fraction of the price. Looking as to bitcoin's price drop lately, it's a darn good deal.  Smiley
