Hello,
I am unable to buy bitcoin in my country and the only exchange available here does a half ass job. Rates are ridiculous and there is a shortage of bitcoin.
Due to stringent banking laws we cannot even transfer money outside the country.
We have Perfect money and Webmoney dealers but they charge a 2-3% extra on each trade.
Looking for a person interested in selling bitcoin for perfect money or web money at a competitive rate.
Urgently needed 600 USD in Bitcoin.
