BTC to USD/EURO withdrawal

Can anyone help me with this? What's the best online exchange website where I can transfer my BTCto USD/EUR and to my credit card? Also, did anyone use kraken to exchange and withdraw?

Take a look at BIT-X.com, you might be able to use it for what you want. Not sure though.

Yes I have been using kraken for about a year. I like it, because I don't need passport verification or something like that, money send over SEPA is on my bank account next day, so very good service.

Why don't you use Bitstamp and make SEPA withdrawals?

You can make SEPA withdrawal on Kraken as well. https://www.kraken.com/help/faq#withdrawal-methods

You might want to check out coin.mx but I think withdraw is only in USD not 100% sure.
