No actually you need to install the VL edition of windows 8.1 pro for which I will be providing the DL link on purchase.

Yeah it ofcourse does activate on core & retail editions too. But not in the case of office.

i got one vouch copy for msoffice 2013

i got the volume key for office 2013 and it was working perfectly,it a good idea to use volume keys instead of normal keys if you need multiple installs, you won't need to remember multiple keys ,just one key is enough for all your installs, no need to save multiple keys and risk of losing any of them, go for it if you need multiple copies of any of above software
