blockchain wallet steal my btc？

support of blockchain sugguest me to create a new btc address to traslate btc in the same accout to solute this problem
but i meet a new problem is  i cant recevie Certification sms so i cant login my accout.

i just create another new accout in blockchain and input my

blockchain backup
but it just can see my all Transaction history but btc is zero i

found all of my old btc address
miss,does somebody knows why?

I saw the available balance is 5.55 bittcoin from blockchain explorer! Did you forget your passward or encounter other problem?

and i can only take  4.73 at 2014.11.03

i had wait for 21 days and its nothing change and show my available btc is 4.73

Just to be clear, are you talking about blockchain.info?  There are multiple bitcoin wallets that access the blockchain.  It is difficult to know exactly what you are asking since nowhere does it show your balance as 4.73.

I think he's not able to spend all of the 5.55 yet. Maybe some transactions are still unconfirmed?

Blockchain cannot steal your coin, however, you need to contact your mining pool operator otherwise check the transaction id to see if they are yet to be confirmed.
