So 128 digits password has UNLIMITED variants * 5300 coins.

This is the start of the testnet. Coins are added automatically to the wallets so people can try the software. This is the file encryption for the testnet http://lantern.radoncoin.net/

There must be a minimal amount of 5300 RAD per account to place a stake.

This is done by opening an account http://testnet.herokuapp.com/ use a high strength password when signing up.

Once placing a stake through pm each 5300 RAD will be accounted for.

5300 RAD = 1 Stake.

Each account received with a verified coin total will be added to the total supply of the network.

To confirm a stake please private message your username on Bitcointalk to the Radoncointeam account with a screenshot of your RADON address ID and RADON TOTAL. This has to be done within 24 hours.

Each stake will be subject to a conversion fee.

This is phase 0.

Virustotal gives a malware warning for the radon website. Perhaps it's a false positive but it will put security conscious people off trying this. If the dev made a download link available in the OP then people could download the client without having to risk visiting a website they are uncertain about.

That would be higher risk because it expects you to run an exectuable. https://www.heroku.com/ will never allow malware or virus software. It is a false positive.
