Wait for a week. There will be many signature campaigns starting up! But I am sure that none of them would pay you 0.00075btc/post. You will be able to get 0.0002btc/post maximum

I dont think that anyone will be willing to pay more than 0.0002BTC/post. The signature market has very few competitors and there are enough full member accounts that will accept the 0.0002 rate.
This market has crashed since primedice, updown and ritz left the field. I miss those old days.

No longer profitable?

For who, the user who joins a campaign or the one who hosts the campaign?

I think because an account with avatar is more visible than one without avatar, and when you see the account's avatar you will see also the signature and maybe  you will click on it.

There is now a new sig campaign opening https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=874528.0.
As a full member, you can get 0.125 btc for 50 posts and another 0.1 for 50 posts more.
