Hi, my local car audio shop is considering accepting Bitcoin for purchases. The owner asked me to see if I thought members here or other people online would be interested in this payment option on his website. I told him I thought it was a great idea, but I would check on other people's thoughts.

Any comments would be greatly accepted.

Here is a video of his store.....

Yes I think it would be a good idea! The more places that accept bitcoin the better Smiley.

In my late teens / early twenties I spent all my money on my car and sound system, still got a nice one now but without the big amps and subwoofers ( would be a bit sad at 41 ) Cheesy

On a side note, I also have a friend that owns a car accessory shop that sells alloys, tyres, exhausts etc. and he's also interested in accepting bitcoin.

Agreed the more the better! The only issue I see is installation of new gear, but I guess if they have good prices have a local place install it.

I suppose the only way to find out is for him to accept btc and then promote the fact and see how it goes. I'm sure he'd get some sales in btc same as my friend. If I had a shop or business selling physical goods I'd have been accepting it long ago Smiley
