[ANN] Electrum lightweight client for DOGE, DRK, DVC, FTC, IXC, PPC

We are a group of developers sharing the same passion : crypto-currencies, an idea that shaken the world and its most solid institutions.
Since the dawn of Bitcoin, we witnessed the creation of many alternatives to it, some of them bringing serious innovation to the table.
Even though the majority of people is focused solely on Bitcoin, the so called alternate cryptocurrencies represent an important part of the newly born industry,
and deserve more attention from software developers and entrepreneurs worldwide. The Electrum lightweight wallet represents an important milestone for Bitcoin, it removes the need for downloading
the full blockchain, lets you recover a wallet from its mnemonic seed and offers cold wallet features out of the box.
Today, we are proud to release to the public the result of last few months of development :

Electrum for Alternate cryptocurrencies.

We are starting with the release of Electrum-IXC, exclusively dedicated to Ixcoin,  Bitcoin's older brother.

FYI

DGC V3 client is slated for early December and hard fork is probably mid December.  So best to wait til after the hard fork if you are planning on adding DGC.

A lightweight electrum client is on their to-do list and I am sure you would find support from the community.

Did you remove ixc electrum from electrum-alt.org? Why, since it wasn't a beta version?
