Willing to pay first, send as gift, whatever it takes to build some feedback/trading history.
Looking to buy about 0.5 - 1 BTC total. Can start with small amounts. Not in a particular rush, also I don't want to pay insane rates either. 10-15 % max. Paypal gift has no fees usually. Thanks.

Paypal is easily reversed and up to many months later. You may want to look into other buying options.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

So is credit/debit.
Regardless, paypal balance sent as gift is irreversible, hence be established.

no its not, if you had trade history there's a chance but a new account trying to buy with paypal will get no where. best to find another way to send money then you might have a chance

Wrong, it is very much reversible.

No but really, it is obvious that you are an alt of a scammer (most likely) and are not new to this site.
Whoever trades with this guy, be prepared to get duped out of your bitcoin.

I understand you have a few coins saved up from your minimum wage job which you can't afford to lose, but I really don't care. Begs the question, why threadcrap when you have nothing show for or offer.

Lol, funny.
I know you are an alt of some scammer around here now.

Ask about me...I don't have a minimum wage job, lol.
Anyhow, I will leave you alone.

Good luck scammer.

Don't forget to wave on your way out.
