I just tried this site for the first time with the 100 bits I got from the faucet.  I'm honestly not a big fan of the design/layout, but I like the name.  I think it is catchy.  It looks like there might be a problem with customer service by the looks of the last several comment here, but I personally didn't have any issues.

Customer service is beyond horrible, look on the chat on coinichiwa and its filled with people with exact same problem I had where the deposit is never credited except for much much more Bitcoin.  Use extreme caution here.

I'm just curious where is vit now, he have been offline for more than 10days. Yeah, its better not to deposit here at least till the problem is solved and vit give some explanation on what's going on.

I love the art work in this post. It's very unique. You should go with that theme the whole way, i'm a bit dissopointed that that theme is not used at the login screen but rather your stereo typical casino setup with dice. Still very neat and tidy.

TERRIBLE support I send more then 10 msg for missing deposits, they are accepted they have confirmation but never credit to my acc  my opinion shows that when the problem start soon the site is gone with all the BTC ON IT
with things like this my trust on the site is going below zero

A lot of times vit1988 has disappeared (also) for more than 1 month, maybe he is busy in real life.

i think vit have a problem in real life, because have open now a coinichiwa new versione, with investor option. not have sense open a new site and later 1 week disappear

Well its possible that he went on vacation or some kind of family emergency. However without at least first telling us why he is inactive doesn't look well. Many other devs vanished like this and the site became a scam eventually.

i don't think is on vacation, because all city of the world have internet for post one message to the forum 

If the withdraw is stopped i think is more serious, because first withdraw with low amount are automatic

It means that there are still some players has no problem with deposit. It is weird because there are some people claimed that their deposit is not credited to their accounts. How could some people are able to deposit while others are not..

Added temporary negative trust:

vit1988 seems like a good guy and I like his site COINICHIWA. He once actually even paid me a very decent bounty when I found a serious security vulnerability.

However has not been online for 1 month now and there seems to be pending issues/deposits/withdrawals. Therefor I think a temporary negative trust is justified.

To be clear: I will be very happy to remove this negative trust once the issues are solved. I do believe he will resolve the issues, I just think it's not wise to play/invest on his site in the meantime.

I want to emphasize again, that I do fully believe vit1988 will come back online and resolve every issue. I just think it is fair to put a temporary warning on bitcointalk since depositing doesn't seem like a good idea till vit1988 is back active again.

good idea NLNico , i hope to vit come back, but is better advice the member of forum to no deposit because the withdraw is blocked.
For my lucky i don't have invested like other dice site,i have programmed to invest to the end of march but later this situation i wait

i have think this, is possible see if coinichiwa have a cold wallet or see the wallet where all deposit go ? For see if the owner have emptied all wallet or if only is disappeared

I withdraw few mbtcs I won from playing faucet few days ago, and I see site profit's been shrinking from 15+BTC to 13.8BTC so I'm guessing other people are withdrawing too from the site

Withdrawals should have nothing to do with site Profit. This just means some people are winning big.

That being said though, why do transactions take so long to process on this site?
