Hi,

I have downloaded bootstrap.dat and just looking for some help regarding this damn folder: Appdata\Roaming\Bitcoin. I just can't find it.

Bitcoin core 64bit is just taking ages to sync.

Any advise?

Not Appdata.

%AppData%

The % symbols are necessary.

The location of %AppData% depends on the version of Windows you are using.  The bitcoin data directories can typically be found here:

XP
C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Application data\Bitcoin (XP)

Vista & 7
C:\Users\YourUserName\Appdata\Roaming\Bitcoin

Note that the %AppData% folder is typically hidden by default.  You might have a difficult time browsing to the folder with explorer.  However, if you go to:
Start -> Run
(or press WinKey+R)

Then you can enter:
%APPDATA%\Bitcoin

and Bitcoins data folder should open.
