Help with CUDAMiner

So I've played around with it and I almost got it, BUT the thing wont accept any shares. Its just goes 0/1,0/2, etc. And I cant for the life of me figure it out.
My settings are (Using GTX 770 from EVGA)
cudaminer.exe -H 1 -i 1 -l K16x24 -C 1 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 -O xxxxxx:xxxx
