Hello, my name is Reynaldo and I'll be offering a simple website service that will:

Include support for 2 years for your website code
Sites may include: A little chat and a newsfeed
Optional - Include hosting services from Godaddy
Optional - Chat

One of the possible applications of this kind of website:

Imaging that you are a tipster (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tipster)
And you wish that everyone that you sell tips to, want to see the daily bets on a news feed,
We will make a website that people may register (plain and classic design)
You will be able to approve them and you might have a newsfeed as you imagine it
If you want we can add a nice chat and your buyers will be able to chat interact between them.
Any customization can be requested.
We will use an escrow for anything.

Starting price is 180$ USD dollars (this only includes support and code)
We will take bitstamp price at the moment for the transaction and fix it with the escrow so in any case that btc goes down and up, our trade will be locked at the time we agreed upon the deal.

I think the price is right since we will be giving support for at least 2 years to code maintenance and it's not an usual website, for example, if you want a chat, database with sql, and some crazy modifications that your ideas lead to, we will try to implement it, thanks for your suggestion. We are offering services that require manual coding, not exactly a wordpress blog, so we would take requests on that. So any site that you want to be coded could be the answer.

If you host on your own, we would charge 180$ USD for a basic site and 2 year support with the code, if its too hard, we should talk around and agree upon a price. Let me know what exactly do you need.

For all of you who think $180 for a website is overpriced - You're out of your mind. You get what you pay for
Indian programmers and other third world developers get paid next to nothing to make websites. I'm in the USA, my company www.buildingbinary.com won't touch a site/project unless the budget is at least $500 and that's on the low end.

My team and I produce some really top notch work and we do custom programming in the bitcoin space

No, i do not, thats why we are taking requests.. remember you can just let me know your ideas so we can set it up or see if we can meet your criteria, but remember we are not going to design in terms of graphic design but design in terms of programming languages.
