This sounds strange but i have no idea how i start this unit
i have connect everything correctly but as my experiance with pc it needs the ON button!

An "On" button?  Um... the only switch would be on your PSU.  You sure you have a proper PSU to power the SP20?  You sure the PSU actually works?  You sure you plugged in the 4 PCI-e connectors properly?

Glad to hear it's running.  If in correct spots I suggest using electrical tape to keep it in place.   You really don't want your metal piece falling out (assuming you used metal piece and not switch).
