Yes.  We are testing now and paying miners now to motivate testing/hacking the system.  So far it has worked well and we have found several bugs.

If you are mining please upgrade to Alpha.6 soon because the test network is hard forking to fix an attack in the mining validation logic. 

can you already provide a windows binary?

I don't have a windows machine.  I am looking for someone to help maintain the windows release.

I dont understand  we had a POW coin from bitshare (I3) called ProtoShares (PTS)

which clearly has gone to shit ,
why create a new one

SAME SHIT STORY - new coin , change total limit , change block time , pump and dump
THIS ACCOUNT WAS HACK > SORRY FOR ANY ONE THAT HAS DEALT WITH THIS ACCOUNT.

in all fairness, dogecoin wouldn't exist without bitcoin, so dogecoin IS Satoshi's fault...
