PS3 : i'll give you the account , you just create another user , login with the account details and you are good to go
PS4 : you create another user , enter the account details and put it as primary account
of course you will be able to use your old account with all your trophies and stuff .

- no the price is actually very good , considering that you have full access to the game ( online , trophies , etc ) like you bought it yourself .
- it's legal considering that the accounts are mine , they are not hacked or anything .
