Ok, a few quick tips for you.

- Don't ever mention prices in threads. Negotiate with your clients. Focus on making them happy, and ask a price for it that is fair to you. Prices in threads will just get you trolled or make you come accross as either desperately cheap or deluded and greedy
- Show your work.
- Focus on the needs of the client. Don't talk about your features, but put the focus on the direct benefits of hiring you ( " I work fast" " I am a perfectionist" " I have ten years of experience" ) etc

Good skill you have there , my suggestions is maybe you can try to translate some alts announcement in alts section.
Payment is not big like you ask , but maybe with some job you will easy to collect 1 btc there.
Some guys in this forum working on it as their income , but some translate is not good , because some of them only use google translate.
Only copy then paste all post in some different languange , result = bad

I am asking 1BTC, quantities will likely be big for that price. I may do homework, a translation, 2 speeches, or even more for 1 BTC. It all depends on what the employer proposes. I may refuse the offer if the amount of work needed would be astounding. I can work 10h a week, and will most likely take 2 1BTC jobs per month if an employer is interested.

You will likely have better success doing more smaller jobs then trying to do few large jobs. It will also result in you potentially losing money due to you getting scammed if someone doesn't pay you (you would lose less if one employer on a small job does not pay verses an employer on a large job does not pay)

It seemed obvious to me that if I wrote BASIC next to my language skill, no one would think I was proposing a speech in that language. But I was wrong, apparently. I wrote German and Chinese so a potential employer would know I could do some basic translation for simple texts in those languages. That's all

I would say that you might as well remove them. There are a number of free translation services (google translate for example) that can preform, probably more then basic translations (although the grammar will not be 100% perfect, but anyone reading in either language can figure out what is being said).

OP.. Good luck with your hunt man! If you want to.. Put some of that knowledge into the Google Platform. Build apks for the market etc. Put them up for a few bucks and keep going.
I am in the process of learning more about python, java and amongst a few other things to start putting things together.

Look through previous threads, people hardly get a job and there are many who have similar skills.
There is tough competition out here.
