No, its your job to prove the above, not mine. If you dont provide the proof, the conclusion is obvious.
And yes, I saw the photo's. They dont look like any miner Ive ever seen, and I cant based on that determine you actually have the hashrate you are selling

As for being online for 2.5 months, show us the proof. Pool statistics or mining address, etc.

No relevant pictures of their hardware and datacenter - Ill grant that point if they open up one of their miners and video it
Open ended IPO - check
Referral programs and social networking - check and check
Anonymous operators - check
No exit strategy - half point there, I fail to see why anyone would have to wait 61 days.

So, if Im generous, its 6/7, puts them on the same footing as bitcoincloudservices with their alleged photoshopped datacenter and hashie's "gen 1". I consider both extremely likely ponzi's.
