The board is still under development (i.e. the bitstream isn't finished). It will do about 380 Mh/s now, and at least double that later. I think it will be one of the better FPGAs around once the development work is finished, but for now as the OP said it takes some patience.

If the board is faulty I am certain Enterpoint will replace it at no cost to you.  If not I will refund your payment in full.
