Instead of Cloud Mining, maybe something a bit more general like Mining Services, so it could include hosting services and stuff like that.
I think, instead of
Cloud Mining, if we have
Mining Services, then
Pools are to be included under it as well.

Quite right, but I think Cloudmining have some kind of Ponzi schemes like Bitcoin-Trader, because some providers haven't got the mining hardware...so I think it's okay if it's in the market place and not in the Bitcoin sub-board.
