I've got 161.27544761 LTC, I'm looking to dump them for 0.08402 BTC, or make a BTC offer

Now my btc is locked in, cannot get it [Min amount for withdrawal - 0.1 BTC!]

Well, that's alright i guess, I'll just have to mine some more litecoins.
