Current rates/fees (prices are always based upon Bitstamp price, unless the actual active exchanges (e.g. OKCoin) have a wildly different price):

Cash by mail: Negotiable
Cash Deposit: Negotiable
Cash in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area: Negotiable
