I've had an account with Cloundhashing.Com for about a year.  For about the last two months, when I log in it says the account is "temporarily locked" and gives a number to call.  Repeated calls to that number connects to an understanding and apologetic person who promises to transfer the issue to "support", but I never hear back and the account remains locked.  Direct emails to Support gets no response either.

Anyone else having similar problems?

Suggestions?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Never used them myself, but sounds fishy. I would call the number and demand to speak to a supervisor and don't end the call until your account is unlocked.

Unfortunately, tried that.  The phone number is just a 3rd party answering service -- and they refused to give me a contact name at Cloudhashing.Com.

Try cloudmining.website. They have far better support. Check this case where one person's wrong payment was returned within hours...

May be you can try making a post in their thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=173316.1700 or send a PM to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=90645.
