I have been a member on Bitcasino.io for a while now and had a few problems but not as to your degree of calling it rigged. I had problems with bets and disconnections from the server. However I contacted support and a full refund was issued for that game and round.
For you to come up and make claims against the casino of being rigged. I would be posting real proof and grounds and evidence of it been rigged. Any casino or game can be set to be rigged and working in the favour of the admins by doing 60% 40% payments.
Its like fruit machines you put money into claiming they have a guaranteed payout %.
When I questioned this on one I was playing due to the ratio of me putting money in and features been given and games bonuses etc.
I actually went to the people and asked for an engineer to look at it given the fact that I had hit a number of jackpots on the previous week from doing one of filling up taking no features or bonus and just playing for jackpot. I had said to them I think your machine has a problem on it advised of what was going on and advised I only play for jackpot nothing less.
I advised to him I had filled it with about £100 considering the Jackpot was only £25 and mega would often spin 3 to 4 times if not more and go bonkers on payments. After telling him this and he checked the payouts made on it and what had been filled up. He said how long you been on it I said the last hour or so chilling out and just speaking to friends their.. He said right don't put any more in it. Come back over put a out of order sign on it and also come to me with a full refund of £100 and £100 worth of game play on any machine I wanted. I asked so what was the problem. Said payments where set on this new machine incorrectly and needed to be sent back and seems it had some bug on it too. I sometimes love bugs on some fruit machines or casino as can be good ones and play some features that have a 120% payout on it and don't add to the system status ie bugged new machines as new and not fully tested.
So for you bitcoinwien to come out with claims made against them being a rigged company I would at least want solid proof before making claims. Maybe bitcasino.io staff should suspend your account and take action against you for making such claims until you can prove it that they are rigged...... Oh wait they did that already. Making such a serious claim against any casino or company has the right to suspend your services without payment of any funds deposited and file damages and losses for your comments that could indeed affect their business and loss of customers.
What you should of done is spoke to their support. I have had nothing but only good things happen when speaking to admin and support and they have 100% of my support that they are fair. Maybe you where on a losing streak but at end of the day its 50/50 if claiming rigged then I would have much stronger proof and grounds of this before even coming public and making a small statement of them being rigged.
If I had my own business and you made such claims against my company being rigged after sending you items out as a gift and playing fair I would be taking you to court and having legal action taken against you and to have you provide the proof and your grounds of my business being rigged or a scam.
With any gambling site it is your own responsibility and yours only to decide on weather or not to play and continue to do business with them. If you where in a serious loss and not winning anything I would just quit and move on and go elsewhere and take it as a lesson to only play and gamble what you can afford to be without.
If your on a streak of wining its always best to cash your winnings and not get greedy. I have done it many times thinking ok few more spins few more rounds and ended up losing. When your on a streak the streak will only last for so long and that is FACT.
For you to also make claims of their USB drive being shit and bad. Find that to be real hard considering it is part metal and part plastic that is tough. What do you expect it to be made of Bitcoins? No doubt and gold plated.
