Set up a 2nd Bittrex account (just needs another email address) and buy and sell Bollywoodcoins between the 2 accounts and generate some fees to keep Bittrex happy

No, exchange mate. Developer could have got the BDC listed on Yobit or EmpoEX.

Though, BDC did not do huge BTC volumes due to it low value per coin and 200 million max coin design, it did have regular buys and sells on Bittrex.

However, they've not posted anything on this thread, about what they've been up too.

Yeah, you'll need to bounce a small transaction around to get the next block found.

I know nothing about extra nodes though.
