Following terms and conditions are complete and definitive terms of the presale:
1. DarkSwift ICO will end on 11/05/2014 at 19:00 UTC;
2. DarkSwift specs must be disclosed before or at the moment the presale starts;
3. There will be no staking during the ICO period;
4. Source code will be verified before the ICO starts by ICOHive (i.e. ICOHive guarantees there is no hidden premine, infinite money supply etc.);
5. This is a book-building ICO which means there is no fixed price for DarkSwifth until the ICO is over. The final price will be determined at the close of the ICO by dividing total BTC invested by total initial DS supply.
6. Every buyer would need to generate DarkSwift wallet address (by downloading the wallet) in order to participate in the presale. Please note that ICOHive will be unable to refund any investment in case the access to the wallet address has been lost;
7. There are no refunds during the ICO period;
8. After the ICO period ends, 7 days of a buyback period will be initiated. During the buyback period it will be possible to sell DarkSwift coins back to the developer via ICOHive buyback page. Buyback will be done using the ICO price. There will be no service fees or commissions during the buyback period;
9. All remaining BitCoins after the buyback period less the ICOHive commission of 1% (but no more than 1 BTC) and the referrals’ commissions will be transferred to the developer. All DarkSwift coins that were bought back during the buyback period will be returned to the developer;
10. After releasing the funds to the developer ICOHive escrow service is considered over. ICOHive does not take any responsibility for the future of the currency;
11. There will be no refunds other than the 7-days buyback period.
12. This ICO features a referral system. To participate in the referral program you must create a referral link. To do that, simply add your BTC address to the end of the presale page URL (Example -

After the presale and buyback stages are over, you will receive your referral commission. The referral commission is initially set at 5% of investments made via your referral link, however it could be diminished on a pro-rata basis depending on the amount of DarkSwift coins bought back during the buyback stage of the ICO (for example, if 30% of DarkSwift coins were bought back during the buyback period the referral commission would be 70% of the referred investments).
