Most of the users use their accounts with different IPs, mostly using TOR. It is very hard to do IP ban. AND, BT allow multiple accounts!!!  ~~MZ~~ |

A IP ban is senseless. It's so easy to get a new IP on the one side and on the other side, a restriction via cookies, useragent etc. would also be unnecessary.
You can't stop scammers from creating new accounts. Never. For sure, there are stupid users who are unable to unplug their router to get a new IP address...but I think the most people here know that.

So yes, you can create an account and make some posts before that, and make some more posts after that time to get 28 activity within a few hours. But no, it is better to create a new account now. You can get 28 activity with the same way, but you don't need to post in a rush. |
