We would like to say thank you and welcome to our first miner currently hashing at 2TH/s.

Our stratum is also compatible with rental company's eg nicehash, miningrigrentals etc.

We are awaiting our shipment of new miners, as our old ones are no longer profitable.

But yes we will be mining on OverHash, would be silly not to Wink

Edit: We also forgot to add into the main post that the first 20 registered miners will received 0% fees until we find out first block!

Hi all,

Just a quick update, we had a minor DDoS attempt an hour or so ago (no services effected). Seems like someone doesn't like new pools starting up.

Services weren't effected, but we just wanted to keep you all in the loop. We know our hashrate is low and will turn a few people off joining us, but as the hash rate grows and we prove our stability we hope more will join us.

We are also thinking about hosting an EU stratum also, but that depends on the demand for one.

Overhash, while I understand you wanting to attract new miners to your pool, this type of promotion - if not done correctly & honestly - could turn into a nightmare for you. BitcoinAffiliateNetworks (BAN) ran exactly the same promotion not so long ago for a month, only they "gave away" most of their 31 S3 miners to fake accounts owned by the pool & were unable to provide any proof to the contrary. This led to the BAN OP locking their pool thread after deleting posts concerning their con & a scam accusation thread being opened against them, resulting in their pool OP going awol & their admin lying through his teeth. A complete farce:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=782765.0

The community here are now much wiser to this type of promotion as a result, so I would advise that you be prepared to provide proof of any miner being won/delivered etc from both yourselves & the winners of any miners, so as to avoid any similarities happening to yourselves. Transparency & honesty are essential here, please don't make the same mistake that BAN did.

Good luck with your pool & your promotion - you'll need it  Wink

Have you been a victim of dogie insults, neg-rep'd for no reason or been falsely accused by him? If so, air your experiences here:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=905210.0

We completely understand where you are coming from, we are trying to be as transparent and honest as humanly possible.

We were just trying to add something extra for you all as a bonus, trust needs to be built and the only thing that does that is time.

So even if you don't wish to mine with us make sure to check back and see how we are doing in the near future!

In your site you have claimed to be flood resistant. Are you maintaining multiple data centers ? I dont know any other way to be flood resistant !!!

Looking at the registrar data, they are based in Panama, but the ping is not good:

Our webtraffic is routed through Cloudflare, so that is not actually our server IP address and the packet loss your are encountering is actually a Cloudflare issure with one of their servers. Shouldn't effect viewing the website though.

Where is your server based?

Our US1 stratum is based on the East Coast of USA, we are looking at implementing an EU and potentially an Oceanic stratum also if popularity/demand increases.

Yes that's correct, ICMP traffic is blocked on the stratum as one of our DDoS prevention methods.

The only traffic allowed on the stratum is mining traffic only.
