Bitcoin Startup CoinJar Cites Tax as Influence on UK Relocation

Australian bitcoin exchange and payment processor CoinJar has announced it is relocating its headquarters to the UK as of today.

so are they going to keep buying and selling to Australian customers who pay into their Australian bank account?

Will they not have to charge gst to such customers?

I'm assuming they would need to in order to remain 'compliant' in Australia.  Sadly, I have a sneaking suspicion it's only a matter of time before the UK adopts a similar policy however.
