I have submitted my ID to Nefario several days ago, he has all the info.

His response was that he's in China and does not have access to all his internet resources, so he will get to it as soon as possible.

Update: ID verification complete!

We were left with 41 BTC. I will return 8BTC to the people who donated for the GLBSE listing, and return 33BTC as dividents. Any unforeseen spendings will be deducted from the first payment after sharehoders approval.

I see that differently:

PUREASIC is the pass-through for BFL 

Because you will get the physical units to mine with when they arrive.

Nothing has changed. 600 shares gets us 3 singles SC. We buy the units from him because he offers us better pricing.

I guess, it means the coop does not have any BTC reserves right now, to pay for i.e. shipping of the units (just an example). Should any expenses arise, they will be deducted from the first earning / dividend.
