<zholmes> I am going to be working this entire week on it. I'm hoping to have beta level functionality by next Sunday

<mr_projects> though we are still deciding whether to release the final in the google app store vs releasing it outside , because there might be guidleines that restrict us from bypassing google's payment system and using other methods to unlock other feautures, but we will resolve this when we are nearing the completion

If you spend 1 BTC on Crypt at .00002000 or 50,000 coins, your position is only relevant to what BTC is valued at. If BTC was at $600 when you bought in, and then BTC goes down to $290 a month later but the price of Crypt goes up to .00003000 selling now would only give you 1.5 BTC at $290=$435 instead of 1 BTC at $600. So your Crypt/BTC/USD should be in sync at a glance.

The Exchanges don't do this and they make it hard to tell where you are at. Poloniex shows you the balance in dollars at least and they show your hedged price to break even, so if you know you put a certain amount in you know when to get out or take a profit on a portion of coins. So when investors rush to FIAT and crash BTC or vice versa, it just gets confusing if you are trying to manage USD vs BTC vs ALT.

It isn't a fee though just a requirement. If you are trading Crypt you are going to have plenty and if you don't trade it you won't use these functions anyways. Pay up if it is not collected as a fee, if it is a fee then use a one time charge like the $10 and the wallet will always allow the functions from then on. But if you just give it to everyone, since we all hold plenty of Crypt, it is almost silly to charge since needing to use the function you would have Crypt anyways so it doesn't drive people to want to buy Crypt. Charging a fee is another thing though, Devs need to be paid somehow too. This fee would line their pockets right?
