We are doing our best to get the wallet/chain fixed, we forked this coin to exempt the 1m stolen cryptsy wallets, right now we are solving one last thing regarding sync issues. Once we have this done we will be focusing all our efforts in getting the wallet updated in Bitrrex/Cryptopia . We will also talk with Bill from Bittrex and see what he can do regarding the previous ticket response that Dean posted.

Best,
CryptCoin Team
Thank you so much for your work. We are waiting with impatience - this coin will live and prosper.
Be good to get exchange as the lucky few are staking big time, myself included. but need more

New wallets !
19/02/2018

Everyone should be using these new wallets from now on:
www.cryptwallet.com/downloads/cryptcoin-qt linux

Source:
http://github.com/new-crypt-source/2017_fork

Blockchain file (use that for faster syncing)
https://mega.nz/#!mto3FCZT!iUV7znrDQwf4GGM2cp_IQCJLEBYaFmfYKb_NYQsntMY

Node list
Code:
addnode=1.34.180.245
addnode=105.154.218.116
addnode=108.170.1.134
addnode=144.202.82.232
addnode=45.76.126.234
addnode=45.76.133.91
addnode=46.186.151.15
addnode=86.57.220.62

Create an empty text file and place all those nodes there,  name it cryptcoin.conf and place it in your cryptcoin folder. Make sure to regulary check https://chainz.cryptoid.info/crypt/#!network under /Satoshi:1.0.0/ Protocol 60014 you will find node list, click on it to see newer nodes. Soon we will make dedicated nodes (also if someone knows how to set them up with digital ocean please PM us)

Whats changed
We just underwent a fork, it's for security purposes, and because we noticed a few months ago that all the cryptsy wallets were moved into a single wallet, which is worth 1m coins, and this act is considered theft and we condemn that, so in the new fork that wallet is exempted. Thats the address that we exempted : EiZsDQ9Gx9DVmuS9zzucjLKxg3N9tjhRTt  So those stolen coins won't circulate in the new chain, or even get sent to exchanges.

Also Cryptopia will be updating the new code soon we just emailed them, and after that they will enable trading + full withdrawals/deposits

Also rest assured that our coins are safe in Bittrex and nothing is lost or deleted, we will be contacting them to enable withdrawals for now, then at a later stage we will submit our coin addition request to consider relisting again once we are ready. But please for now help us create tickets so they can enable withdrawals for the time being.

Sincerely,

CryptCoin Team.

Important:

Cryptopia will be enabling trading shortly. Please only use the linux wallet for now:

www.cryptwallet.com/downloads/cryptcoin-qt

Please delete the windows wallet from before and dont use it, if someone can compile a windows wallet please help us do that. We don't have bounties right now.

I can't run the crypt Linux version of the wallet. However, my server can run the other encrypted Linux version of the wallet.

Very Important Message
16/3/2018
Unfortunately Bittrex has decided to remove a couple of their wallets, and crypt is among those wallets.
https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001609031

We have tried to reach them in slack and through tickets for many months but nothing has helped.
Recently couple of days ago Richie replied to our ticket saying:
Code:
Richie Lai
Wednesday at 03:21

The new code doens't work.  I can't even get this to sync.

The commit you listed below isn't the most recent either.   Pulling from the branch you provided below, this is the latest commit

commit 9fb0005914bf7c517e77da63eb730faa3d8f4d62
Author: new-crypt-source <30853973+new-crypt-source@users.noreply.github.com>
Date:  Sun Feb 25 22:57:49 2018 +0300

    Update main.cpp

Please provide a working github.
Best Regards,
Richie Lai @ Bittrex

Hi Richie,
Thanks for assisting us, I'd like to mention that we have updated the github since we sent the first commit link in Nov/Dec, and the correct commit is the last one you said is available:
commit 9fb0005914bf7c517e77da63eb730faa3d8f4d62
This github is working and tested, this is the one to use:
https://github.com/new-crypt-source/2017_fork
This includes the latest commit (9fb0005914bf7c517e77da63eb730faa3d8f4d62).
One other issue we might encounter is the wallet shown on the status page shows that you are on block 1087770 and last synced on Jan 4th. This means you are on the wrong chain. Block 1087770 was not found until 18th of February on the forked chain. However this should work itself out since the wallet checks the last 2500 blocks and the fork happened at block 1085897 on Jan 1. If it doesn't we might need to check the blockchain with the updated wallet or resync.
If you rather use a blockchain file, we have posted it in our ann page:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=881008.msg30605577#msg30605577
And this is the link for the blockchain file
https://mega.nz/#!mto3FCZT!iUV7znrDQwf4GGM2cp_IQCJLEBYaFmfYKb_NYQsntMY
Also here are the nodes you can use to sync:
addnode=104.167.5.119
addnode=104.45.230.117
addnode=106.14.169.106
addnode=108.170.1.134
addnode=144.202.82.232
addnode=149.147.119.10
addnode=149.147.133.218
addnode=153.196.177.244
addnode=158.69.246.121
addnode=176.59.80.15
addnode=2.100.1.28
addnode=218.81.13.129
addnode=218.81.13.156
addnode=46.186.151.15
addnode=82.200.205.39
You can check the blockchain explorer for reference as well here:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/crypt/#
Thank you,
CryptCoin Team
What you can do to help:
1. Raise support tickets and have them update the code and sync to the correct chain so everyone can withdraw thier coins. This is the github to use: https://github.com/new-crypt-source/2017_fork
And this is our support ticket #558356
2. Urge them to have crypt's wallet not removed, and at least leave the withdrawals open, since about 1m of coins is in bittrex's hands, and also this project isn't going to die
The more people from the community who can raise tickets the better. Let us all reach out to Bittrex and do something about it.
Sincerely,

CryptCoin Team.

Please Withdraw ALL your coins from
Bittrex before 30th March 2018

https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001609031
