Create an empty text file and place all those nodes there,  name it cryptcoin.conf and place it in your cryptcoin folder. Make sure to regulary check https://chainz.cryptoid.info/crypt/#!network under /Satoshi:1.0.0/ Protocol 60014 you will find node list, click on it to see newer nodes. Soon we will make dedicated nodes (also if someone knows how to set them up with digital ocean please PM us)


Whats changed
We just underwent a fork, it's for security purposes, and because we noticed a few months ago that all the cryptsy wallets were moved into a single wallet, which is worth 1m coins, and this act is considered theft and we condemn that, so in the new fork that wallet is exempted. Thats the address that we exempted : EiZsDQ9Gx9DVmuS9zzucjLKxg3N9tjhRTt  So those stolen coins won't circulate in the new chain, or even get sent to exchanges.

Also Cryptopia will be updating the new code soon we just emailed them, and after that they will enable trading + full withdrawals/deposits

Also rest assured that our coins are safe in Bittrex and nothing is lost or deleted, we will be contacting them to enable withdrawals for now, then at a later stage we will submit our coin addition request to consider relisting again once we are ready. But please for now help us create tickets so they can enable withdrawals for the time being.

Welcome to the new Cryptcoin!
After many months of discussions and requests from members of the community, a small group of people came together to bring Cryptcoin back from the crypt.  



Why would we want to revive Cryptcoin?
Cryptcoin has a fantastic name. A name synonymous with the overarching community that we are all a part of. The coin with such a name should unite us all together. It is our vision for Cryptcoin to become the open source developer coin in crypto. In addition to the name, Cryptcoin built a solid community around it which is still active to this day. The prior history of the coin caused harm to many people in this thread and we will never lose sight of that. With the previous creators/devs out of the project, we can elevate Cryptcoin to the status it deserves and help everyone make back their investment. That is one of our primary near term goals.  


In regards to access by past creators/devs:
All passwords and access to github account, servers, source code, email, website, and Bitcointalk dev account have been turned over to us and changed. We have secured all of the accounts to ensure that previous hacking issues never take place again. We understand that many of you may harbor negative feelings toward the original dev team and we completely understand. Please remember that we are not the original creators and devs. knightlife999 will be taking up PR for Cryptcoin (the author of this update). I will make sure that you all are kept up to date on everything that is going on with Crypt. All of the core members of the new team are believers in Cryptcoin and many of us were also victims during the debacle in the past. We want to help all of you regain the value of your investment and move the coin forward.  


What to expect moving forward:
Our goal is to completely revamp Cryptcoin with new marketing, new website, new services, and new wallet features. Most importantly, Cryptcoin will now have a non anonymous dev team that is responsive and receptive to input from the community. We envision the Cryptcoin project becoming much like the Mozilla open development community. Cryptcoin will become the coin for altcoin devs to implement their dream features and hopefully turn it into the community's preferred altcoin. I know that is optimistic, but it is something to shoot for.


So, the coin that was once sold as THE anonymous solution will become THE coin that draws the altcoin community together to bring about a change in how coins are developed. Our experience with altcoins has taught us many things... such as what not to do when developing a coin. From the members of the new Cryptcoin team.. thank you. You've been keeping the coin alive during the dark times of the last few months. Now, let's work together as a team and do things the right way. We hope you all will join us on this new journey.
