Don't think anybody in the world would have predicted Barca to lose any game 4-0. These freak results do happen occasionally though. I think you're safe & don't need to worry about Barca turning it around in the 2nd leg. They're obviously capable but Bilbao will probably be ultra defensive. Barca will win the game I presume but not by enough to change the outcome, maybe 2-0, 3-1 etc but I don't expect a 5-0 to win the trophy.

Barca played last week against sevilla in european supercup with overtime. I think it's not a good idea for all players to play 2 intense match and long match during preparation phase. Your physique is not ready to high and intense matches. A little turnover is necessary. Btw Enrique choosed a bad starting line for midfield.

It's a pretty meaningless trophy at the end of the day, I'm sure Barca fans & Enrique won't be too bothered. I saw the news and Iniesta said " we were able to make 5-0 at camp nou " haha. barca actually can make 5-0 in camp nou, but true what was said by you Bilbao will ultra defensive. My prediction of the second leg  3-1 barcelona win
