Will Google Glass be able to detect movement/Weight/Size/ etc. kind of like DBZ?

Would Google Glass be able to load up apps that could detect size/speed or pre-loaded configurations based on the image captured of the target's status?

For example, could the Glass eventually detect and say that the person you are looking at is 5'3 tall, a woman, estimated weight, and if moving, the speed that the target is moving say 3 mph and is 35 ft away from you?

Or are we still a long way from seeing these kind of apps used on google glass?

I want to say it's over 9,000!

They canny even detect they are an epic fail, people know they are spies.. so avoid them..never even seen a pair in my city, nevermind wee island..
