Does anyone know how to add the updated neoscypt gpuminer to BAMT?

I did it once before with x11mod (I'm on version 1.6 BAMT Btw)

Just confused and I would like to hop onto this next train of altcoin mining.

BAMT is out-dated.
You should use the PIMP.
If don't, use new dev version of sgminer:
git clone --recursive -b develop https://github.com/sgminer-dev/sgminer.git

Woah I didn't know that--is there any way to 'overwrite' the usb I wrote bamt to or am I stuck getting a new usb??

Simple: take a new usb-flash and write pimp. After this do pimpupdate for neoscrypt support.
