I represent e-currency exchange service Unichange.me.
At the moment we are working with Bitcoin exchange BTC-e.com.
We are planning to add two new Bitcoin exchanges to work with them in the future. These are ecoin.eu and virtex.com.
We are interested in your user opinion: which Bitcoin exchange is more interesting for you? Which of these Bitcoin exchanges do you use? If you have any suggestions or comments we will be pleased to see them here!
In advance I'd like to say Thank You to every member who cares to leave opinion here.

I like bter. The adopted security measures make me comfortable. Every time I sign in my account, I need to provide phone code. Another things is that I can get interests from the deposit in there.

it depends on where you are from, and what are you looking for.

Bitstamp gives you confidence, but it is not getting adapted to new times.

Kraken is a really good, secure and complete exchange, but they have low volume now.

I like kraken,it is highly trustable and very complete.
besides,it is gaining volume day per day and I think it will be a reference exchange in the future

Bitfinex, Bitstamp and Kraken are the most safest options right now.

I am using Kraken. I can use my YubiKey there, which gives me a lot of convenience.
I have looked into BTC-E more than half a year ago, but it just didn't seem very solid to me. (might be prejudice)

I like coinbase. They are doing very good things in the US to allow merchants to easily exchange BTC for dollars.

Obviously the service is non-anonymous and has some higher fees but seems like a classy safe operation for US customers.

I only use BTC-E and Bitstamp as these exchanges offer great volume and a good trading experience.

I also hear a lot people having good experiences with Kraken, their volume have grown quite a bit lately.

I've simply used BTC-e in the past, I always liked it. Although I don't know if it is the best at all.

certainly it's not BTC-e, so ridiculous fee.

i think the best is Bitstamp or LakeBTC, that they are real bitcoin exchange which only bitcoins and just trade, no any altcoins and leverage etc gambling features.

Lakebtc is more friendly to users since bitstamp take a harsh aml-kyc system

See,

Poll what exchange do u use?

There is btc-e leader.

Also, see this thread: Which Bitcoin Exchange do you use and why ?

Anyway, it is based on your needs and your vector of clients.

For example, if your clients, as you are thinking, will bought alt-coins for your Bitcoin than, probably, it is cryptsy.com. Why? Because there is highest number of alt-coins. Or bittrex.com. The same reason.

If you are looking for highest by volume of BTC, than, may be btc-e

Test this data: http://www.bitcoinwatch.com
And this: https://markets.blockchain.info

BTC-E is everywhere.

I tried about a dozen exchanges in the past 2 years,  none of the three you is recommended.

For my opinion, I think LakeBTC is best, Coinbase is way better if you are a just casual buyer. If you trade more often, use a professional exchange such as LakeBTC. Bank statement is as good as utility bills for verification. If you stay digital, no KYC is needed.
