If they dont, then how do they block ? Moreover, does the use of CloudFlare hamper the site performance ?

Not sure if Tor access is blocked on sites, but a list of Tor exit nodes can be obtained easily on http://torstatus.blutmagie.de/

Tors are allowed, however you can have difficulties to claim bonuses.

They should/do allow tor because some people want to remain anonymous because of the country restrictions.

It's off-topic and wrong. BitcoinTalk allow TOR access, only if you want to register over tor you have to pay a little fee.

Dont u allow tor on your normal URL ? How did u get that .onion address ? Is there anything illegal associated to it ? Is there any vulnerability like XSS attack etc for having a .onion address ?

Most of them dont. And I usually don't visit gambling sites without tor. I hope they don't ban them.

Actually it does not matter if you use tor or not as long as you dont abuse bonuses. I think you can even create multi accounts on some gambling sites.

I think its easy to know what IP's are TOR based, and based on that gambling sites have the ability to block them.
I know bitdice uses them for chat.

Anyone can run a Tor node. How can it be easy to get list of all IPs running Tor ? AFAIK there is no centralized system monitoring it.

Tor users might need to reconnect a hundred times in order to find a new exit node that is not yet listed. So the block might be quite effective but not bullet proof.

Most of them I know of do. You can visit just about any site with TOR. You might run into issues at exchanges but gambling sites generally don't care.
