The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

My sentiment exactly. The last $400 got reversed by paypal for fraud as well. Too bad goat is not around to tell me how much he told me so.

You used Paypal to receive money for bitcoins ? Oh dear....
